Please take a read of the below terms and conditions carefully - payment of deposit is

taken as agreement to the terms listed below.



The process begins with a free consultation via phone or email, where I will aim to gather as much information required to help build a quote. I will be able to advise on any questions you have and talk you through the everything, building a picture of your wedding. We will discuss rough quantities and any specific ideas for your wedding stationery, considering all the elements you require, including save the date cards, invitations, and on-the-day stationery. Following the consultation, a quote will be emailed to you for each section of stationery you require (if ordering invitations as well as on the day stationery), and amendments can be made as needed.

Rough timelines can be discussed for save the dates and invitations, and are subject to vary dependent on the time of year. For on the day stationery I will be in contact 2 months prior to your wedding date to gather all the information from you with the aim that all elements are sent to print 1 month prior to your wedding date. I always endeavour to complete all work in a timely manner and will not be responsible for delays due to client action or response. 


Once you are happy with your quote, and wish to proceed with the booking, the 50% non-refundable deposit stated on your invoice(s) is due to secure the design time in my diary and for me to be able to proceed with design work. Design time is not secured until deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon approval of design work for that section of stationery and prior to printing. Where last minute orders are accommodated, invoices are to be paid in full and are non-refundable.


This is the best bit! I will require all the information needed for your stationery to be emailed across to me and I get to work on your designs. Design proofs will be emailed to you as PDFs for checking. At this stage you are able to notify me any changes that need to be made, with a total of 3 revisions included. Any subsequent revisions are subject to a fee dependent of the change.


It is the client's responsibility to ensure all proofs are carefully checked for spelling and layout as once final approval has been given, any errors discovered after printing will be charged for re-prints, and no refunds will be made.

Delivery and Postage

Once your order has been shipped I can no longer take responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage to the product during shipping. All items are sent signed for and tracked. Due to the personal nature of our projects, our goods are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Cancellations and Postponements

If you decide to cancel your order or wedding before design work has begun, your 50% deposit is non-refundable. I offer postponements free of charge within 6 months of the original wedding date. Any postponements over 6 months are subject to additional costs, dependent on timeline, to cover increases in material costs.
